Czech jobless rate falls to 3.3 percent

Unemployment in the Czech Republic fell by one tenth of a percentage point month-on-month to 3.3 percent in April. Nearly 244,000 people were out of work last month, according to official data released on Monday.

Over 344,000 jobs were offered by employers in the Czech Republic in April, which was a fall of roughly 16,000 on March.

Unemployment in the fourth month of 2021 stood at 4.1 percent.
