Czech House in Moscow closed due to Russian aggression against Ukraine
The Czech Republic has decided to close its Czech House, the largest property owned by the country abroad, in response to Russian aggression against the Ukraine and to protect Czech citizens in Russia, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Lenka Do told news site Seznam Zprávy on Wednesday. The building complex will now be looked after by five administrative workers.
The move follows earlier closures of Czech consulates general in St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg and those of Russia in Karlovy Vary and Brno.
