Czech hockey team claim third win at World Championship against Italy
The Czech national ice hockey team defeated Italy 3–1 in their fourth game at the World Championship in Fribourg, securing their third victory in Group B. The national team was still trailing early in the 46th minute, but forward Jakub Flek scored the winning goal at 51:05.
Coach Radim Rulík’s team will play its fifth match on Saturday at 16:20 against Slovakia, which has collected eight points from three games so far.
