Czech foreign minister to meet Visegrad Four, Turkish counterparts in Budapest

Newly appointed Czech foreign minister Jan Lipavský (Pirates) heads to Budapest on Tuesday for a meeting with his counterparts in the Visegrad Four as well as Turkey.

The foreign policy chiefs are due to discuss the situation in Afghanistan, the coronavirus pandemic, migration and relations with Turkey. It will be Lipavský’s second trip abroad since being appointed foreign minister. As is traditional, the first will be to Slovakia, on Monday.
