Czech fencing team wins bronze at Paris Olympics
Czech fencers Jiří Beran, Michal Čupr, Jakub Jurka and Martin Rubeš have won the bronze at the Paris Olympics, securing the country’s first medal at the games. They defeated the French team 42:41 on Friday evening. Coach Tomáš Jurka said it was a historic moment for Czech fencing. Japan and Hungary will play for the gold.
