Czech Eurovision entry fails to advance beyond semifinals

The Czech Eurovision Song Contest entry, Gipsy.cz, failed to make it through the semifinals of the event taking place in Moscow. Tuesday night’s disappointment means that the last three Czech entries have failed to get through to the finals. Gipsy.cz is fronted by Radoslav ‘Gipsy’ Banga who portrayed himself satirically as a sort of ‘supergipsy’ for the song. The finals of the Eurovision Song Contest take place in the Russian capital on Saturday.
