Czech diplomats evacuated from Iran amid rising tensions

Czech diplomats from the embassy in Tehran have been evacuated to neighboring countries, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Daniel Drake told the Czech News Agency. Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský ordered the temporary closure of the embassy on Thursday due to the escalating conflict between Iran and Israel.

Czech citizens in Iran have been advised to leave the country immediately. According to the ministry overland departure is still possible.
