Czech Army planes to monitor Baltic airspace in NATO mission

As of April, five Czech Army Jas-39 Gripen fighter jets and 95 military personnel will monitor the Baltic countries airspace as part of a NATO mission.

The Czech Army has participated in such missions since 2009. This is its fourth mission to the Baltics, which will last through July. The Czechs will be based in Lithuania and collaborate with Spanish colleagues.
