Czech Airlines to continue flying to Kyiv for time being

Czech Airlines will continue operating its Prague-Kyiv line for the time being, company spokeswoman Vladimíra Dufková told the Czech News Agency on Monday. However, the company is monitoring the situation and is ready to react if it gets worse, she said.

The statement comes amid cancellations from several airlines canceling flights from other European cities to Ukraine due to the prospect of war between the state and the Russian Federation.

Last weekend, the Czech Foreign Ministry recommended citizens leave Ukraine immediately in view of the current international tensions.
