Crown jewels exhibition draws masses to Saint Vitus Cathedral

Large crowds have gathered to view the exhibition of the Bohemian Crown Jewels in Prague’s Saint Vitus Cathedral, the Czech News Agency reports. The first visitors started gathering as early as 6am to see the symbols of Czech statehood that are only rarely displayed to the public. Presidential candidate Andrej Babiš was also spotted among those waiting in line.

The crown, sceptre, orb, coronation sword and other regalia, including the relic of the skull of Saint Wenceslas are on display at the cathedral until January 21.
