Criminal gang of fake bankers robbed over 500 people

Police have proposed charging 20 people in the case a Czech-Ukrainian gang who posed as bankers and robbed 500 people. According to a police spokeswoman, the gang operated by phone, showing people fake IDs and credentials. Overall, they robbed bank clients of over 100 million crowns. The gang members face up to 13.5 years in prison if convicted.  According to police sources the investigation file is extensive, containing 62,000 pages.
