Covid 19: incidence number drops below 2,000
The daily number of new Covid-19 cases continues to decline in the Czech Republic. On Tuesday, laboratories registered 37,627 new cases, which is almost 20,000 fewer than on the same day last week. Another 6,674 people were re-infected, which represents a drop of a third on the previous week.
The incidence number has dropped below 2,000. Over the past seven days, there were 1,962 infections per 100,000 inhabitants. There are currently 3,553 people hospitalised with Covid, with 214 of them in serious condition.
