Court throws out sentence of activist accused of spreading false alarm

Prague’s Municipal Court has thrown out a suspended sentence handed down to activist Ladislav Vrabel for spreading false alarm. Mr. Vrabel, who has organised demonstrations against the government, was found guilty in April after saying that Czechia planned to use nuclear weapons against Russia and that Russia would then attack the country.

The court has returned the matter, saying the case should be heard again.
