Convoy of historic military vehicles commemorates return of Czechoslovak soldiers at the end of WWII

A convoy of historic military vehicles will pass through Prague on Saturday, commemorating the return of Czechoslovak soldiers to their homeland at the end of WWII. The event, organized by the Czechoslovak Legionary Community, marks the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Czechoslovakia and the return of the Czechoslovak Independent Armored Brigade from the Second World War. The convoy with dozens of period military vehicles will leave Vypich at 2pm and drive through the center of the metropolis along a route that commemorates the famous parade of May 1945.
