Close to 50,000 Ukrainian children getting report cards in Czechia
Around 1.4 million primary and secondary school goers around Czechia will receive their end-of-year report cards on Friday as schools break for the summer holidays. According to data from the Ministry of Education, some 49,500 children of Ukrainian refugees are now studying at Czech schools. The ministry has advised schools to evaluate Ukrainian refugees mainly verbally and in assessing their performance to take into account the fact that they are studying in a foreign language.
