Clients of bankrupt Bohemia Energy told to stop paying deposits

Experts have recommended that customers of the bankrupt company Bohemia Energy stop paying deposits for their power supply until they hear from other, larger distributors, such as ČEZ, E.ON, PRE, Pražská plynárenská and innogy.

Bohemia Energy, which had around one million customers, went bust suddenly on Wednesday. Other energy providers will now start serving these customers.

Energy prices in the Czech Republic are now at an unprecedented level.
