Chamber: Economy will stagnate in 2023 but grow slightly next year

The Czech economy will stagnate this year before expanding by 2% next year, according to the latest outlook from the Chamber of Commerce, which was published on Tuesday. The business organisation said that salaries in Czechia could start to rise in real terms in the second half of 2023.

The annual inflation rate will reach 10.8 percent this year before falling to 3.3 percent in 2024, the Chamber of Commerce expects.
