Cases of chickenpox and viral intestinal infections rising among Czech children

Cases of chickenpox and viral intestinal infections have risen among Czech children, according to a newly published statistic published by the State Health Institute. Cases of common infectious diseases are also growing, caused by the removal of mass coronavirus measures, the report states.

Compared with the period running from January to March of 2021, there are now four times as many patients with chickenpox and ten times as many suffering from viral intestinal infections.
