This week's economic report is more of an environmental report. For more than a decade, scientists have been involved in a unique project to monitor the health of forests in the Czech border mountains. The research is being conducted by Professor Barret Rock, Director of the Complex Systems Research Center at the University of New Hampshire, USA, and the Principal Investigator for the NASA research project in the Krusné hory mountains.
Vladimir Tax talks to Professor Rock not only about the health of the nation's forests, but also about environmental education and science.
