Blues in the Wood festival attracts music lovers

'Blues in the Wood' is the name of a festival which began three years ago, and whose popularity has been growing ever since. It will take place on the weekend of the 31st of May in Revnice west of Prague and organizers say it's one of the biggest festivals of a musical genre that is not massively popular at the moment. However, Blues in the Wood will not feature only blues, but also various kinds of jazz and rock fusion as well as folk music, performed by such legendary musicians as Chuck Prophet from the United States, Edgar Winter and a young talented artist from Britain, Aynsley Lister to name but a few foreign artists. Participants from the Czech Republic will include Vladimir Misik, -123 minutes, the Hradistan folk music ensemble or a Roma band called Bengas.
