Babiš: V4 more economic than political grouping

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš says that he regards the Visegrad Four as an economic more than political grouping. He made the comment ahead of a visit to Poland’s Krakow on Wednesday to mark the 30th anniversary of the foundation of the alliance with his counterparts from Poland, Slovakia and Hungary.

Mr. Babiš said the V4 represented 67 million people in a region which was historically successful and had low debt and good GDP growth as well as hard-working people.
