Average mortgage rate continues to drop, February volume at record high

The average mortgage interest rate  dropped by 0.01 percentage points in February to 1.93 percent, according to Fincentrum Hypoindex data. It has now fallen 11 months in a row.

At the same time, the volume of mortgages provided in February reached nearly 30 billion crowns, the highest amount in the history of the indicator.
