Australian Dylan Wheeler, who is wanted for allegedly hacking the computer networks of Microsoft and the US Army, possesses a Czech passport and is now based in the Czech Republic, according to an interview he gave to Czech Radio. Mr. Wheeler has a Czech mother. Speaking in Great Britain, he said he had been providing cyber-security to several European government agencies, though none were in the Czech Republic. The 20-year-old conceded that he could be arrested in the UK but said he was cautious when travelling internationally.
