Analysts predict inflation for December between 15.8 and 17.2

Analysts expect December’s inflation figure to be between 15.8 and 17.2 percent, the ctk news agency reported. A drop in the price of fuel depressed inflation in December, but the continued rise in food prices worked in the opposite direction. November’s inflation figure was 16.2 percent. The Czech Statistics Office will publish the inflation data for December on Wednesday.
