Ambassador says Czechs leader in aid to Ukraine

The Czech Republic is a leader in supplying aid to Ukraine, says the country’s ambassador to Prague, Jevhen Perebynjis. Speaking at a party congress of coalition leaders the Civic Democrats on Saturday, Mr. Perebynjis said the Czechs were drivers of tougher sanctions on Russia and a place of phenomenal solidarity.

The Ukrainian diplomat praised the actions of Civic Democrat ministers and highlighted the audacious visit to Kyiv taken by party leader Petr Fiala and the prime ministers of Poland and Slovenia.
