Zeman to return to Castle for first time since hospitalisation next month

Czech President Miloš Zeman says he will be at Prague Castle for the first time since being released from hospital last year on February 26, when he will appoint university rectors and present a cheque to a children’s charity. Speaking on the radio station Frekvence 1 on Sunday evening the head of state, was in hospital for a total of almost two months toward the end of 2021, said his health was improving and that he had started to walk, with assistance.

Mr. Zeman is now living at the Lány presidential residence near Prague.
