Police raid Prague club operating despite Covid restrictions
Police raided a night club that was operating despite a ban under Covid-19 restrictions in Prague on Friday night. There were 119 young people at the city centre venue, the vast majority of them foreigners, Blesk.cz reported. Police had to use special equipment to force their way into the premises after the operator refused to respond to calls to open up.
On Friday a pub in the Prague district of Kunratice opened its doors in contravention of coronavirus measures. The owner said this was an expression of disagreement with those restrictions.
