PM refutes news that inoculations should be suspended due to fall out in deliveries
Prime Minister Andrej Babiš on Wednesday refuted an earlier statement by the Ministry of Health that the inoculation process against Covid-19 should be suspended for a fortnight in view of the fall out in deliveries.
Mr. Babiš apologized for the communications mix-up, saying that no central order had been issued and vaccination centres themselves should be able to calculate their optimal vaccine schedule.
He likewise ruled out considerations that the restrictions in place could be eased in the near future, citing the high number of newly-infected and the situation in Czech hospitals.
