New Covid cases Sunday again up slightly on week earlier

Some 2,742 new cases of Covid-19 were registered in the Czech Republic, which was a rise of 168 on the same day a week earlier. There were 431 reinfections, representing a fall of 30. Fewer tests are now being carried out than previously.

The number of new cases increased week-on-week on five out of the last seven days.

The seven-day case incidence rate has climbed slightly to 501 in 100,000.
