Czech Ministry of Defence sending military medical gear to Ukraine
The Czech Ministry of Defence is planning to send military medical equipment to Ukraine. Defence Minister Jana Černochová told Czech Radio on Monday that the delivery should arrive in the country this week.
She said Czech arms makers had offered to give munitions and weapons to Ukraine but such a donation would have to go through her ministry.
The Czech Republic has to date donated a total of CZK 650 million in military materials to Ukraine Ms. Černochová said. This includes artillery ammunition donated in January, CZK 188 million in small arms and ammunition and unspecified military materials worth CZK 400 million.
