Covid-19 vaccine registration open to people 50-54 as of May 5

People aged 50 to 54 will be able to register for vaccination against Covid-19 as of Wednesday, Prime Minister Andrej Babiš has announced. He said it should be open to anyone over 16 by June 1 at the latest.

Vaccination began in the Czech Republic at the end of last December. First, clients of nursing homes and paramedics came next, and gradually seniors or teachers joined in. Currently, vaccination registration is open to all over the age of 55.
