Compulsory testing reveals more positive tests in smaller companies
The country’s large and medium-sized companies have managed to test all their employees by the March 15 deadline set by the government, the vice president of the Confederation of Industry and Transport, Jan Rafaj, told the ctk news agency.
In companies with more than 250 employees the share of positive tests was 0.75 percent; in companies with between 50 and 250 employees it was 1.24 percent.
According to Rafaj, this is due to the fact that large companies started testing long before the government made it compulsory and introduced stricter safety norms than small companies.
