Validity of paper motorway vignettes expires

The validity of all paper motorway vignettes definitively expires on Jan 31.

The paper stickers, which were in use for 25 years, have now been fully replaced by electronic motorway vignettes available online, at post offices and selected petrol stations.

The vignette is linked to the car number plate and does not require sticking on the car’s windshield.

The price remains the same and drivers can set the validity of the vignette up to 90 days in advance.

The funds from the vignettes are used to improve the state of the country’s motorways.
