Foreign Ministry to discuss Czech embassy in Kiev Tuesday
The crisis staff of the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs will hold a special meeting to discuss possible steps to protect the country’s embassy in Ukraine at a meeting on Tuesday, a spokesperson said.
Earlier the ministry said it had no plans at present to withdraw either staff at the country’s embassy in Ukraine or their family members.
The United States has ordered relatives of its embassy staff in Kiev to leave, saying a Russian invasion of Ukraine could come at any time. The UK is also withdrawing some people.
