Czech unemployment hits 3.8 percent in November

Unemployment reached 3.8 percent in November, a rise of 0.1 percentage month on month. In total, labour offices reported almost 275,000 people looking for work, the highest number for the month since 2016.

Before the impact of the coronavirus pandemic hit, the Czech unemployment rate holding steady at about 3 percent, and remains among the lowest in the European Union.
